However, we do allow sending new replacements if you accidently ordered a wrong size/variant or products. Please email us for more info.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate, if lost or package got returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
We only allow orders to be canceled within 30 minutes after payment was made.
Your merch is automatically sent to production after 1 hour, once it's in production, we unfortunately cannot cancel it as our merch is made to order only.
